Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of routine preventive maintenance work including replacing locks, light bulbs, etc.
- Perform various plumbing related work
- Perform routine repair and maintenance work on heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment s.a. changing filters, etc.
- Perform repair on small appliances s.a. fans, vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, etc.
- Be familiar with the property’s fire and emergency program
- Any other reasonable duties as required
Requirements & Qualifications
- EPB Technical Diploma or equivalent. Experience is not required but is welcome.
- Can understand and speak English and Spanish
- Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mason skills
- Can work different shifts
- Customer oriented
- Strong physical condition
- Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
